How to use our online shop

Here is everything you need to know about our how our shop works and some legal stuff we have to say.

If we've forgotten to say something please get in touch and we'll do what we can to help.

Terms and Conditions

Here are the full Independent People Online Shop Terms and Conditions (170Kb, pdf), they are also in full on this page, with clickable sections.

The truth is very few people actually read Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Most people just click the "Yes - I have read the Terms and Conditions" button and carry on in the hope that the organisation has their best interests at heart.

We obviously want you to read ours, but we secretly like the trust that people place in us.
Most people only read the T&Cs when something happens and they need to find something out, so we've tried to make this as easy as possible by listing the different sections below and highlighting important bits on the pages where they matter.
You can find them at the bottom of every page of this website and we'll remind you to read them again at the check out.
